When Stanford Estate Agents (operating across Eastleigh, Bitterne, Bishopstoke, Southampton, and West End) outgrew slow, vulnerable shared WordPress hosting, we rebuilt and migrated their entire 5-branch property platform onto Google Cloud.
The system powers sub-second residential sales and lettings filtering across 60+ live listings, individual property showcase pages with floorplans, interactive UK Stamp Duty & mortgage calculators, branch valuation routing, and digital pre-tenancy workflows.
